Sri Lankan Certificates/Documents:

Certificates/Documents issued in Sri Lanka need to be first authenticated by the Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka in order to be authenticated by this High Commission. 

Documents issued in India need to be first certified by the Consular Division of the Ministry of External Affairs of India for authentication by this High Commission. 


I) Attestation fee For a document (except export document and  Educational Certificates)

  1. If the document owner is a Sri Lankan National INR 3600
  2. If the document owner is a Foreign National INR 4000

II) Attestation of Educational Certificates INR 1000

III) Attestation of a one page of Export document INR 5000
